Release Notes for  09/11/2023  

We are excited to introduce our latest release, centered around feature updates for the Maintenance Module in CCOMX that will transform the way you work. Now, you can easily upload sketches to Components and Components Groups, enabling better visual documentation and collaboration. Additionally, our Maintenance Module now features multiple select when performing jobs which empowers you to perform multiple tasks at once, streamlining your workflow like never before. With these exciting new capabilities, your maintenance operations are set to become more efficient and effective. 

Feature Updates 

Maintenance Module  

🚢 Added the feature to upload image of a sketch to Components and Components Groups in the Maintenance Module.  


🚢 Added the ability for users to perform multiple jobs at once in Maintenance Module, or in other words “make rounds". (Multiple print feature is scheduled for next release). 


General Improvements 

Non-conformance Module  

🚢 Add new non-conformance type: When you turn Severity on and off, it is still required in the background.  


TextControl 

📃 Fixed issue where TextControl would not reflect what was shown in Preview after printout. (It would print the content spread across 3 pages instead of 1 page).  

🖥️ Added the ability to enable Fullscreen while editing a document.

General Bug Fixes 

Crew Management 

🐞 Fixed an issue where the ‘Current personnel on board’- table was not fully visible on smaller screens  


Departments Module 

🐞 Fixed a bug where documents that were department specific were also visible for all departments.  


Forms Module 

🐞 Fixed an issue where forms were appearing after being deleted from Forms Library.  


Purchase Module 

🐞 Added "Part Number" when printing purchase lists after generating excel.  

🐞 Describing new product in Purchase Module now accommodates 5 lines.

Non-Conformance Module 

🐞 Fixed an issue where the migrated values would show incorrect ID’s in Non-conformance module.  
🐞 Fixed an issue where error messages were not displayed when users update forms in non-conformance.
