Smarter Filtering for a Smoother Workflow

We've made it easier to manage your data with improved filtering across multiple modules. The Due List filter now lets you view all departments at once, giving you a complete overview. We’ve also enhanced filtering in the Non-Conformance, Maintenance, Tasks, and Drills modules, making it faster and more precise to find what you need.

📜 Change Log Now Available in Certificate Module

• You can now track changes made in the Certificate module, ensuring better transparency and traceability.

🛠 Improvements

General

• Improved navigation in Due List by extending filtering options.
• You can now easily find Non-Conformances by filtering with:
• Status
• Placement
• Responsible
• Type
• Expiry date
• Days until expiry

Non-Conformance

• You are now able to filter the Non-Conformances by:
• Type
• Severity
• Non-Conformance date
• Expiry date
• Responsible for follow-up
• Responsible for closing positions

Tasks & Drills

• Added an additional column showing responsible positions for both tasks and drills.
• Enhanced filtering options across multiple columns.
  

Maintenance

• "Responsible" column now displayed in the maintenance job list.
• Spare parts location now fully visible in the "Component Spare Parts" tab.
• Job number now updates to the number you provide.

Run Time

• You can now choose responsible positions and groups for hour counters.

Shift & Manning

• Multiple planned activities can now be selected and edited at once, improving workflow.
• The Change Log for trips is now available for all trips within the department for better overview.

Purchase

• You can now insert an SFI code for each order line.
• NB! To display the SFI code, activate this option in Admin Settings → Purchase → Settings.
  

Risk Assessment

• Descriptions for Risk Assessments are no longer required.

🐞 Bug Fixes

General

• Fixed an issue with previewing certain PDF files.

Drills

• Fixed drafting issues for drills with checklists containing required fields.
• Added the possibility of choosing the responsible owner for drills.

Maintenance

• Fixed an issue where access to child counters wasn’t updated after moving them from another parent counter.
• Fixed an issue where not all placements in storage were shown when creating spare parts.
• Maintenance job checklists now fit the screen during performance.
• When adding new spare parts to components, you will now be directed back to the correct location.

Mobile

• The option to select "All Departments" is now available on mobile as well.
• Layout for Drills-checklists has been fixed.
• The Basic Shift and Manning module is now improved and more user-friendly.

Shift & Manning

General

• Passengers (PAX) are now included in the Crew List and IMO Crew List reports.
• Only relevant shifts for the chosen department are shown in the dropdown when generating reports.
• Print button is now available again for Safari and Mozilla Firefox users.

Activity-Based

• You can now assign unassigned planned activities to a trip.
• The selected crew is now remembered after switching pages when adding a new planned activity.

Trip-Based

• The incorrect help text for the start date when planning a trip has been corrected.
