Release Notes for 30/11/2023
We are adding new features and UI-improvements to our admin functionality with our latest release. We added a Cause-category in the Non-Conformance modules’ menu list where admin users can add predefined values and customize a dropdown list for new Non-Conformance items. Regular Users can use this to add Causes to their Non-Conformance document, for a more comprehensive record keeping.
🚀Feature Updates
Significant UI and UX improvements for Admin settings, under Crew Management and Pax:
Users & Pax
- Updated UI so that Pause/Resume employment button is be available for standard user (was only available only for Product Owner).
- The verification link is now valid for 7 days instead of 24 hours only.
- The verification link resend button is now permanently visible for Admin Users with the following privileges: Create User, Update User.
Storage
- Administrators can now transfer Storage items across departments.
🛠️ Improvements
- For regular users: New field for "Cause". Users can access a drop-down menu with predefined values. This drop-down menu also supports multi-selection for the checkboxes.
- For Administrator users: New field for "Cause". Added the ability for admins to add more predefined values as options and added the ability for admins to customize this list. See the "Cause" menu in Administration settings under Non-Conformance to set this up. *

* As mentioned briefly earlier, this functionality must be activated on the specific Non-Conformance type where the user wishes to include a "Cause" field for future registrations of the same Non-Conformance type. See the feature update overview at the bottom of this document for a guide in how to add Causes to Non-Conformance entries.
