Release Notes 23/04/2024 


We are pleased to announce that we added a capability to filter the data in our application. Our first module to implement filtering is Maintenance and you can go there to check how filtering has been implemented. Please make sure to let us know what you think about it as your feedback is important to us. Please also be informed that filtering will be soon extended to other modules such as: Storage, Medicine, Documents, Certificate, and other modules when the time comes. 

 

  🛠 Improvements 

Risk Assessments 

  • • Added the ability to copy Risk Assessments entries and share them between departments. 

  • • Fixed an issue where multiple PDF’s would be generated when users tried print out pdf’s from Crew Management module. 
     

General 

  • • Fixed an issue where departments would not be displayed for users assigned to specific department group were trying to add competence requirements entries. 

  • • Shortened down the tooltip messages in the Privileges Editor for English and Norwegian language options. 

  • • Added a separate column name for comments (now called Version Comment) in the revision table of the document module. 

    Drills

  • • Added ‘comment ‘ and ‘evaluation ‘ fields in the detailed view of a drill log. The ‘commend ‘ and ‘evaluation ‘ fields are now also mandatory when a drill is performed.
       

Maintenance  

  • • Fixed an issue where ‘under work’ status would not be displayed in the maintenance job list.  

  • • Added sorting for maintenance main table. A-Z, 0-9, ascending and descending. 

  • • Added filtering mechanism 

 
🐞 Bug fixes 

  • • Fixed an issue where emails would not be sent to suppliers if the email to the supplier was omitted in the registration process but the contact supplier email was registered.
