Release Notes 23/05/2024
This update introduces significant enhancements and fixes across various modules, including Certificates, Medicine, Storage, Documents, Risk Assessments, and many other modules. Key improvements include extended filtering into four new modules: Documents, Certificates, Storage and Medicine, and support for bulk-importing products in the Purchase module. Various bug fixes address issues such as incorrect rendering of data, sorting problems, visibility of job positions, and PDF generation errors.

Extended Filtering
- Extended the filtering for four new modules: Documents, Certificates, Storage and Medicine
Medicine
- Fixed an issue in the Medicine and Storage would not filter data correctly.
- Fixed an issue where sorting by name would change the order of menu items in the Medicine module.
- Fixed an issue where menu items would change sort order for users, now it is rendered as it is set in by the admin side.
Documents
- Fixed an issue where the revision number and validity would appear on all pages of a PDF when it only should be on the initial page.

Admin Competencies
- Fixed an issue where the sort order number would not give a warning (red color warning for missing input on required input fields) when user tried to create new Competences as admin.
Shift And Manning
- Fixed a User Interface issue where the full width of the selected job position would not be rendered to its full width in the 'Planned Activity' page.
Purchase
- Added support for bulk-importing Products in the Supplier component of the Purchase module. Users cannot export and import data related to products with Excel.
- Added a toast message box informing user that import / export has begun.
- Fixed an issue where messages about quantity types were not readable for the users.
- Fixed an issue where supplier products were not rendered with the correct currency format when imported.
- Fixed an issue where the price of supplier products was rendered incorrectly.
- Removed the buttons for importing and exporting Excel while users edit the entry.
- Added a search bar for the component selector in Product and Order forms.
- Added the display of SFI number on Components List of the Add New Product Page.
๐ Bug fixes
Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where โunder workโ status would not be displayed in the maintenance job list.
- Fixed an issue when sorting maintenance jobs where the results would not reflect the sorting in the correct time format.
Crew Management
- Fixed an issue where multiple PDFs would be generated when users tried to print out PDFs from Crew Management module.
- Fixed an issue where all uses on the tenant would come up when selecting 'Responsible for closing on Non-conformance forms.
Trips
- Fixed an issue where when using period (i.e., `.`) in the trip name would result in missing PDF extension
Users
- Fixed an issue where admin users were not allowed to add permanent employment status from a future date / (i.e., employment starting ahead of time) to their users.
Alerts
- Added support for negative and positive values for yellow and red alert days for Alert-entries in the Alert module.
Due List
- Added support for turning off sorting on the main table of the Due List module.
