Release Notes 06/06/2024
This update delivers significant enhancements and improvements across multiple modules, including Due List, Documents, Admin Settings, General, Maintenance, Medicines, Risk Assessment, and Shift and Manning. Notable improvements include paging and search within Due List warnings and competences and showing expired totals. We added additional input fields for employee details in Admin Settings, and updated access indicators across several modules. Fixes address issues in document handling, sorting in Medicines, Risk Assessment PDF printing, and SFI code is now an integral part as a prefix of components name used through the application.
🚀 Feature Updates
Due List
- Added a distinction between expired and expiring for total number of warnings and competences from the Due List that is displayed on the menu.
General
- Added a column indicating what Job Positions have access to module user is currently in. Applies to Documents, Maintenance, Certificates.
- Added a paperclip icon indicator for table rows that contain one or more attachments. Applies to the following modules: Documents, Competence, Tasks, Certificates.
🛠 Improvements
Admin Settings
- Added an input field for adding Employee Number to users in Admin > Users & Pax > Users.
- Fixed a couple of issues in the Admin Settings > Competence Matrix: Personnel from other departments would show up in tenants separate departments. Both shifts would show up regardless of what shift was selected.
- Added Clothing and Shoe Size input options in the Personalia section of Tenants' users.
Documents
- Fixed an issue where rejected Documents would show up as Rejected when Published with the Approve option.
- Fixed an issue where an error would ensue if users tried to Approve or Reject document that was previously Disabled.
Maintenance
- Added an SFI code as an integral part of the Components name wherever a component name id displayed.
Medicine
- Added column sorting for Medicine Categories.
🐞 Bug fixes
Shift And Manning
- Fixed a design issue in Planned Activities expanding the name field for adding users to Planned Activities.
- Fixed an issue where users would not get access to Planned Activities if the Job Position was not assigned to the Job Position Group associated with the user.
Risk Assessment
- Fixed an issue where multiple PDFs would be generated when users tried to print out PDFs from Crew Management module.
User Competence
- Fixed a design issue in the competence checklist component.
