CCOMX Release 48

Release Notes 08/08/2024 

This update focuses on delivering Spare Parts functionality to the Maintenance module, improvement to migration tools, and many smaller adjustments thought the application. Please read the details below to know more.

Maintenance

  1. Spare parts added as part of maintenance jobs entries




1. Spare Parts banner on Maintenance job entries

3. Detach spare part from current job.

🛠 Improvements

Shift and Manning 
  1. Included all next of kin entries for each user when printing crew list. 

Tasks 
  1. Added an option to select only one user, or selected users instead of entire Job Position on the Task field "Responsible". 
 

Documents 
  1. Added Document ID number as an optional input field. 

Risk Assessment 
  1. Added input field for users to add a comment to the risk assessment entries 

General 
  1. Removed ability for administrators to delete Job Positions and Job Position Groups that are being used in departments by the system.
  2. Added confirmation dialogue when deleting entries (applies to all modules).
  3. Removed the requirement of selecting category when editing attachment names. 
 
Tenant 
  1. Added Organizational number (Org. number) input field when adding new tenants. 

Shift and Manning 
  1. Added a warning dialogue popup when adding a user to an activity when said user currently is set to another activity.
  2. Included the middle name of users in all printouts. 
  3. Moved the print-button to the top right ensuring its visibility across all submodule views. 

Purchase 
  1. Added support for expanded search for each order stage. 

Users 
  1. Added toggle for hiding and showing deactivated users from main table.

🐞 Bug Fixes 


General 
  1. Fixed an issue where entered search phrase was not being sent in request after users were switched to another menu.
  2. Fixed an issue where users were not allowed to select Job Position Groups for access field and responsible owner. 
 
Documents 
  1. Fixed an issue where documents would not filter by name. 
 
Competence Matrix 
  1. Fixed an issue where sort order would not be reflected in the competence matrix. 
 

Shift and Manning 
  1. Fixed an issue where if users had more than two confirmed activities in one day, the number of days would be multiplied by the number of activities. 

Maintenance 
  1. Fixed an issue where attachments would not be shown after creating perform drafts. 
  2. Modified the privileges logic to disbar multiple users from having access to maintenance jobs. 
 
Competence 
  1. Competencies that are not in use will not show up in the dropdown menu when adding competencies to users  

Product Owner 
  1. Fixed an issue where the login email was not being displayed in the ‘Users’ submodule.
