This update includes a major new feature, additional improvements on performance, as well as several fixes throughout the platform.

General

🐞 Bug Fixes
Competences
• Competence reminders would sometimes show duplicates on the list of competences. This has been corrected.
Competences in User Profile
• The comment field is no longer mandatory while performing user competence renewals.
• Issues with uploading PDF attachments to user competences has been resolved.
• When adding a new competence, the "Issue date" field will now be correctly identified as a required field.
Due List
• Due list would sometimes display an incorrect number of warnings.
• We will no longer send out duplicate e-mail notifications that were sometimes sent out weekly for the same department and to the same user.
Maintenance
• Forms not assigned to a department might incorrectly appear in that department when creating a maintenance job.
• Improved performance for component histories with a lot of data.
• An issue with duplicated tabs in the maintenance overview has been resolved.
• The severity of a non-conformance would previously be incorrectly shown in some dropdown selection lists. This has now been resolved.
Risk assessment
• When switching off access limitations, we'll now be saving this setting correctly.
Shift and Manning
• We've corrected an issue where a notification message was showing a mix of languages.
Storage
• Issues related to products with both an attachment and a schematic image has been resolved.
Tasks
• Some forms were available to departments they hadn't been made available to. We've updated our filtering methods to ensure this is being correctly displayed.
