Overview

This is a list of all currently confirmed employees who are onboard the vessel at this moment..

Name

Name of employee.

Status

Status of employee.

Arrival date & time

Shows the actual date of arrival for the employee.

Planned end date

Shows the planned end date for the employee.

SafeSeaNet

Generates a SafeSeaNet report (xls-file). 

Choose the date for which you want to generate the report, and the system will initiate the report generation process. It may take a few moments to complete the generation before the report automatically downloads to your device.

Show competence matrix

Provides a comprehensive overview of the user's current competence on board as of today, including a comparison with the vessel's competence requirements (see the "Competence Requirement" article under the "Competence" section for details on how the matrix is configured).

Sign off selected

On the end date, the master or officer in charge completes the process by signing off on the selected personnel.

Edit selected

Allows for the modification of the arrival and end dates for the selected personnel.

Search

This is a search bar that enables you to search for specific personnel currently on board.
