How to Change or Reset Your Password

If you have been unlucky and forgotten your password and got locked out, or if you want to change your password, you can follow the steps below to reset the password for your profile in CCOMX.

 • Navigate to the password reset field in the login portal:

1. Click on the "Forgot your password?" link under the login field.

2. Enter your current email address.

3. Click on "Send".

4. Enter your desired password.

5. Re-enter the same password.

6. You will now receive a one-time code to the email you entered in step 2.

7. Open the email in your email service.

8. Copy the one-time code from the email and paste it into the third input field in step 9.

9. Paste the one-time code into the field with the prompt: "We have sent you an email. Please enter the code below."

10. Click on the "Reset" button.

 • Log in as usual with the new password.
