Edit/complete existing non-conformances


Non-conformance editing

To edit a non-conformance, simply click on the specific non-conformance you want to modify.



The non-conformance report will open, providing detailed information, along with several selectable options. The availability of these options depends on your user role and access permissions.


Edit

This action allows you to open the non-conformance details for editing. You can make changes to any of the information provided during its initial registration. This is useful in case of mistakes or if additional information has become available since the initial registration.
Any modifications made here will be automatically recorded in the "Log" tab.

Update form

This action permits you to access and edit the form associated with the specific non-conformance. It is useful for making amendments or adding more detailed information about the incident or non-conformance, especially if the initial entry was hastily completed.
Any modifications made here will be automatically recorded in the "Log" tab.

Delegate

This action enables you to designate specific positions for monitoring and follow-up on the non-conformance, if deemed necessary after the initial registration. The designated positions can then review, process, and transition the non-conformance to the "Completed" state.
Any modifications made here will be automatically recorded in the "Log" tab.

Complete

This action is taken when the non-conformance process is complete. It signifies that all incident-related information has been entered, and the necessary corrective measures have been implemented. This will move the non-conformance from the "Open"-tab, to the "Completed"-tab in the non-conformance module.
