Missing confirmations
Overview
This list contains all employees awaiting confirmation for their onboard status. Employees will appear in this list seven days before their planned activity date (the activity, and date, is set under the Planned Activities-tab).
Name
Name of employee.
Type
Employee-user or PAX-user.
Position
Employee's position on board.
Planned arrival date
Shows the planned arrival date for the employee.
Planned departure date
Shows the planned end date for the employee.
Confirm selected
Choose the user(s) from the list, then click the button to confirm their presence on the vessel. If the actual date and time differ from the planned date, the pop-up window will allow you to enter the correct information:
Search
Use the search bar to look for specific employees who have not yet been confirmed (if the list is extensive or contains many entries).
