Closed
The "Closed"-state serves as an archive for all closed non-conformances. This means that all documentation related to the non-conformance, including details of the non-conformance itself, the corrective actions taken, verification and validation results, decisions made during the administrative review, and any reports or communication related to the non-conformance, are stored and organized systematically.

Upon opening an individual non-conformance, you are typically presented with several options for you to take. These options are designed to facilitate efficient and effective management of the non-conformance:
Log
The "Closed"-state primarily functions as an archive within the non-conformance system. In this state, every non-conformance that has been identified and successfully rectified is meticulously cataloged and displayed in the system's table overview. Users have the capability to access these closed non-conformances to retrieve more detailed information through the "Log"-tab on each individual non-conformance.
Re-open
There will also be an option for re-opening a non-conformace that has a "Closed"-state. The ability to reopen closed non-conformances is a vital feature of the non-conformance management system. It allows you to address issues that resurface, were inadequately resolved, or where new information comes to light.
