Closed
The "Closed"-state serves as an archive for all closed reports.
This means that all documentation related to the report, including details of the report itself, the corrective actions taken, verification and validation results, decisions made during the administrative review, and any reports or communication related to the report, are stored and organized systematically.
Table overview
As you will quickly notice the table overview here is identical to the previous states ("Open", and "Completed"):
To access detailed definitions for each column, please refer to the "Report "Open"-state" article. The article provides comprehensive and precise explanations of the attributes within the table.
Details
When you open a specific report, you gain access to comprehensive and detailed information related to that particular issue.
This information encompasses all the data and forms associated with the reporting process, providing a complete picture of how the issue has been handled from its initial detection to its resolution.
Upon opening an individual report, you are typically presented with several options for you to take.
These options are designed to facilitate efficient and effective management of the report:
Log
The "Closed"-state primarily functions as an archive within the reporting system.
In this state, every report that has been identified and successfully rectified is meticulously cataloged and displayed in the system's table overview.
Users have the capability to access these closed reports to retrieve more detailed information through the "Log"-tab on each individual report.
Re-open
There will also be an option for re-opening a report that has a "Closed"-state.
The ability to reopen closed reports is a vital feature of the reporting management system.
It allows you to address issues that resurface, were inadequately resolved, or where new information comes to light.
