Closing
To resolve and close a non-conformance, follow these steps:
1. Click on the specific non-conformance that you wish to address
2. Upon opening it, you will be presented with only two available options: "Print" and "Close"
3. Click the "Close"-button. Following this action, a new window will appear, allowing you to input a final comment as part of the closing process
4. Once you've entered the final comment and clicked the "Close"-button, the non-conformance will transition from the "Complete"-state to the "Closed"-state. This step signifies the successful closure of the non-conformance, providing a clear and organized workflow process.
