PAX Overview

Table overview

Similar process to planning activity for employees (see Planned Activities articles), but only for passengers. Requires PAX-users to be set up beforehand in the "Users & Pax"-menu.
PAX-users will show up in the "Missing confirmations"-window, in the "Current personnel"-tab, 7 days before the start date for the passenger.


Picture example that shows a passenger that's been currently been confirmed on board as of today (2023-09-19).

Name

Name of the passenger (user profile is added in the "Users & Pax"-menu).

Organization

Organization that the passenger is affiliated with.

Position

Passenger's position at the organization.

Arrival date & time

Actual arrival date on board for the passenger (if passenger is confirmed on board), or planned arrival date.

Departure date & time

Planned departure date for the passenger.

Edit date / Confirm on board / Confirm leave

Edit date(s) for the passenger.

Confirms passenger on board

Confirm leave for passenger on board

Current & Planned / Past



Current & Planned: Shows the current, and planned passengers on board
Past: Shows all the previous passengers that's been on board


Plan PAX

To add passengers to the current onboard list or a future list, click the "Plan PAX" button.
When planned for a current date, the passengers needs to be confirmed on board ("Missing confirmations"-window, in the "Current personnel"-tab) by the master/officer in charge.

PAX

Select PAX-user from the list.

From

Start date for the passenger.

To

End date for the passenger.
