1. Introduction


1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this risk assessment database is to provide users with a centralized platform for performing and creating new risk assessments. Users can leverage a database of template risk assessments to streamline the process and ensure consistency in evaluating potential risks. This system aims to enhance efficiency, standardization, and accuracy in risk assessment procedures across various scenarios and projects. 
 

1.2 Key Features

  1. Feature for creating a completely new risk assessment based on an existing risk assessment. For example, creating a more detailed and specified version of a "Working at heights"-risk assessment.
  2. Feature for performing an existing risk assessment. The log for the specified risk assessment will document the action, and selected personnel performing the risk assessment.

Accessing the functionality

This functionality can be accessed either through the table overview in the "Risk Assessment" module, or by opening an existing Risk Assessment, depending on the specific objective in mind. See the following articles:
