Add new Planned Activity
Fields needed to continue planning the activity for selected personnel
Activity
Selects one of the activities available*.
Shift
Selects one of the shifts available*.
From
Selects the date when the activity will start
To
Selects when the activity is done
Total amount of days
Automatically summarized by the system.
* these are created under "Admin Settings".
Available Personnel
Once all the fields above are completed, a list of available personnel will be displayed, filtered based on the selected values in these fields.
To proceed with the planning step, choose the desired personnel from the list by selecting the checkboxes, and manage your selections within the "Selected Personnel" window.
Name
Name of the employee
Current activity
Appears when the employee already has an activity assigned
End date
End date of the current actvity
Employment department
Shows the employee's assigned department (this is under each employee's user profile)
Active department
If the employee currently has an activity assigned, this will also show for which department
Employment position
Shows the employee's position (this is under each employee's user profile)
Active position
Shows what position the employee is currently working as (if assigned another position for the activity assigned)
Selected Personnel
This will display the employees you've chosen for the planned activity. From here you can do a final review, and confirm that all details are accurate for the personnel selected:
Columns are the same as the "Available Personnel"-window, except you can change the "Active Position"-value if this will be different from the employee's "Employment Position".
If all the details are accurate, including the dates and selected personnel, click the "Save" button located in the top right corner.
The selected personnel will now be entered into the table overview of all planned activites.
