This release includes several important updates and improvements in CCOMX. We’ve introduced a new feature for flexible role management, providing better visibility into responsibilities and additional tasks within the organization. Additionally, you can now schedule crew activities through a new and improved calendar view in the activity planner, and gather non-conformancies, storage, and purchases in one place with the Due List.
We are also launching integration with Microsoft Entra ID, allowing users to log in with existing Microsoft accounts and automatically receive the correct access – significantly simplifying user management.
As always, we’ve also implemented a number of bug fixes and enhancements across modules.
This update also marks the beginning of a rebranding process. A new logo is in place, and as a first step, we’ve updated the dashboard with improved navigation and easier access to key information – right from the front page. The goal is to create a more cohesive and modern user experience that supports both efficiency and usability.
You can now plan crew activities using a calendar view that includes movable and flexible fields—offering improved visibility and a more efficient planning process.
It is now easier to assign roles to employees and get a clear overview of who holds additional responsibilities within the company.
Exporting maintenance jobs now includes component details, allowing for more specific data extraction.
Component classification has been expanded—you can now mark components as NOX equipment.
The trip view now only shows crew members signed onto the active trip, including when generating reports.
The revision number can now remain unchanged when editing document settings only (not the content). You can now choose whether or not to increment the revision number in these cases.
The filter function in the certificate module has been fixed, allowing you to filter out certificates without expiration or revision dates.
You can now attach files during job execution without needing the "update" permission on maintenance jobs.
Maintenance jobs can now be successfully saved after removing a checklist.
Editing hour counters no longer removes access or responsible person settings from child counters linked to the edited counter.
We’ve improved the search function in the module, making it faster to find the jobs you’re looking for.
