Add new certificate


New Certificate

To add a new certificate in the "Certificate"-module, follow these steps:

  1. Acccess the "Certificate"-module within the safety management system.
  2. In the "Certificate" module, choose the appropriate location for the certificate, which will depend on how the "Certificate" menu structure is configured.
  3. Initiate the process by clicking on the "New Certificate" button, which is highlighted in blue.
  4. Enter the required information related to the certificate. For detailed explanations of each metadata field, refer to the "Certificate"-article.
  5. Once you've input all the necessary information for the certificate into the system and attached any relevant documents, click the "Save" button to complete the process.
  6. The certificate will now be accessible in the system to the users who have been granted permission to view it.
