ℹ️ Introduction to Tasks

The tasks module allows you to create tasks both with and without intervals. The module is particularly suitable for internal audits, safety meetings and other tasks. You can easily set up who will perform the various tasks and link these to procedures and other modules in the system.

Key features:

  1. Digital checklists: Digitize forms from Word and PDF so the user can perform the checklists digitally
  2. Temporary storage: Save tasks as drafts so you can easily perform the task later
  3. Related objects: Link tasks with procedures, documents, risk assessments and other modules
  4. Attachments: Upload all types of attachments to your assignment
  5. Access management: Enter the people responsible for performing the tasks, either by position, position groups or individuals.
