Release Notes 2025-04-29


In this update, we’ve focused on making the platform more intuitive and user-friendly. You can now export the competency matrix to Excel, organize standard jobs in a structured overview, and search more efficiently for users and spare parts.

We’ve also improved information flow byintroducing clearer error messages—such as when uploading large files—and made it possible to print labels for spare parts with key details like name, article number, and storage location.

Several bugs have been fixed, including issues with duplicate ID numbers in risk assessments and incorrect dates in the activity planner, to ensure a more stable and reliable platform.


🚀 What's New?

📜 Export of Competency Matrix to Excel

You can now export the competency matrix to .xlsx format (Excel). This makes it easier to share and analyze crew competencies outside the platform.


📜 Standard job structure

You can now organize standard jobs into a structure, making it easier to categorize the different jobs.


🛠 Improvements

    General

    1. Error message for large files: You will now receive an error message if you attemt to upload a file that exceeds 100MB

    Maintenance

    • Runtime in service report and corrective actions: The field for recording runtime in service reports and corrective actions is now optional, providing more flexibility in filling it out.
    • Interval and runtime settings: We have now made interval and runtime settings available for standard jobs. This gives you better control over the planning and follow-up of maintenance activities.
    • Clearer description boxes: The description boxes for standard jobs are now more visible and easier to identify.

    Storage

    1. Searchable dropdown for spare parts: The dropdown list for connecting spare parts to maintenance jobs is now searchable, making it faster and easier to find the correct part.
    1. Label printing for spare parts: You can now print labels for spare parts, including key information such as the spare part name, article number and full storage location.
      Alert
      Using this feature may require adjustments to margins and layout in print settings, depending on the printer in use.

    Users & Pax

    1. Search function in the user overview: The search functionality in the user overview has been improved. You can now search by both first and last name simultaneously, making it easier to find specific users.

    Risk Assessment

    1. Moving description boxes: The description boxes in risk assessments can now be moved, providing more flexibility in how the information is organized and making it easier to customize and improve the assessments.


    🐞 Bug Fixes

    Risk Assessment

    1. We have fixed a bug that caused risk assessments to have the same ID number. This ensures that each risk assessment has a unique identifier.

    Maintenance

    1. The search functionality in the Standardjob template library has been fixed, and you can now search successfully.

    Storage

    1. The export report for storage inventory now correctly includes the placement information for each item.

    Shift & Manning

    1. A bug in the activity planner that caused the wrong date to be displayed for activities has now been fixed. You will now see the correct date for each activity.
