Crew Management

1. Introducing Trip Based crew management as an alternative to our existing Activity Based crew management offering.
1. This is something that is enabled/changed for each department/vessel. Contact our support team at support@ccom.no to request the change or to get more information.

🛠 Improvements

Documents

1. Improvements to the dropdown selector for document placement, where users may now see where in the structure the selected placement is located (especially in cases of similar placement names).

Tasks

1. It's now possible to create a one-time task for single-use operations. Once completed, it will be moved to the new tab "Completed".

Tasks, Drills, and Maintenance

1. Tasks, drills, and maintenance jobs can now be deactivated. This will remove warnings (from the due list) and alerts for these items when they are temporarily not in use. Deactivated items will be moved to the new tab "Deactivated" (for each module).

Maintenance

1. Maintenance jobs can now be exported to an Excel file, with the list of maintenance jobs shown (where you've navigated to in the component structure).
2. Adding related objects is now also available on component details.
3. Attachments can be added to component details as well (such as technical files or manuals).

HACCP

1. General improvements to the HACCP functionality, including the possibility to preview HACCP forms before saving them.

Run Time

1. Run time counters can now be exported to an Excel file.

Non-conformance

1. Non-conformance items can now be exported to an Excel file, including a list of severities and non-conformance types.

Purchase

1. Purchase orders can now be exported to an Excel file, including a list of registered suppliers and order types.
2. Supplier details now have an additional (optional) field called "External ID" (that may be set to an internal reference within the company, such as an ERP code).

🐞 Bug Fixes

Shift & Manning

1. Fixed an issue with creating a planned activity when the list of available crew has multiple pages.

Competence

1. Competence matrix filters in the admin settings should now be working properly.

Drills

1. The list of drills should now indicate if there's an active draft on the drill.

Due List / Notifications

1. The search function should now give all results from the due list (not just from a few modules).
2. From now on, users will only receive notification emails from the due list once their user account has been confirmed and activated.

Non-conformance

1. Sorting non-conformance items on ID should now be working properly.

HACCP

1. The log for a HACCP item should now properly include the trip name, if a trip has been included with the checklist.
2. We have fixed a minor labeling issue in the exported Excel report related to yes/no questions.
