We are happy to introduce flexible components to further simplify your fleet's day-to-day maintenance. As requested by a significant number of our users, you can finally transfer components between departments. Whether it is coming from a storage department, an office, or another vessel, equipment can now be included in the maintenance system of the department it is currently located in. Whether it is diving equipment, ROVs, special tools, or anything in between—if it moves, the history moves with it.
Following up on last month's release, we have fully incorporated the ability to name administrators for all of our modules. Purchase, Crewing, Risk Assessment, Certificates, Drills, Tasks, and QHSE can all now have a designated administrator, same as we released for Maintenance, Documents, Reporting, Storage, and Medicine in the October release.
Last but not least, we’ve rolled out a number of enhancements aimed at making the platform easier to use—including a cleaner interface, clearer naming, smarter defaults, more intuitive labeling, and a record number of bug fixes. Every update does its part to ensure the system evolves with your operational requirements (and hopefully saves you a few sighs along the way).
This means that maintenance history, potential run times, and documents attached to a specific component can be easily transferred between departments with hardly any manual effort. No more copy-pasting history, documents, or logs—it all follows that specific component, no matter which department it is moved to.
New Specific Admin Roles: You can now assign Admins specifically for Purchase, Crewing, Drills, Tasks, Risk Assessment, Certificates, QHSE, and Departments, making the feature fully functional across our entire system.

Note: To gain administrator access for a module, please contact support. Access can only be granted by the Product Owner.
We’ve added flexibility to how you view and print your documents:
Print Your Way: You now have the option to toggle between Portrait and Landscape modes when printing documents.
Headers: A header is now automatically included on every document print for better formality and tracking.
Version Control: Added settings for version control on imported or migrated documents.
Versioning of components, filtering of critical components/jobs and UI changes:
Component Versioning: We’ve introduced versioning for components to help track changes over time.
Better Filtering: A new filter allows you to quickly view only Critical Components.
Perform Screen Layout: We’ve refined the layout of the "Perform Maintenance" screen for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
Inactive User Competence: In Crew Management (CM), you now have the ability to check competence records even for users who are currently paused or deactivated.
Navigation: You can now jump directly to a User profile from TBSM and the Planned Activities view (the "sausage" view).

As this month's release includes a record number of bug fixes, we won't bore you with all of them. However, here are a select few (including a major fix for data exporting):
⚓ Shift and Manning
Navigation & Logic: Addressed issues in ABSM, ensuring trip tags aren't deleted when changing activity dates, and fixed the glitch where deleting a trip switched the view to TBSM.
Crew Lists: Fixed a bug where the IMO Crew list printed as empty when a trip number was selected in TBSM.
Competence: Resolved an error preventing the display of mandatory competence when not registered.
Profiles: Fixed the "mix-up" of profiles regarding paused or deactivated users to ensure data integrity.
🛠️ Maintenance
Jobs: Users can now properly postpone standard jobs.
UI: Corrected column names in the "Perform Maintenance" preview and fixed the Due List print bug.
📦 Storage
Inventory Management: The "Import/Export Products" buttons now display their active state correctly.
Filtering: Resolved the issue where filtering products by components was not working.
🛒 Purchase
Exports: Ensured all orders are visible when exporting to Excel (fixed missing data).
PO Admin: Saving settings now keeps you on the correct page instead of navigating away.
📋 Tasks
Permissions: Fixed a bug where the user selected as "Responsible" for a Task was unable to perform it.
📄 Documents
Workflow: Fixed a loophole where it was possible to edit a document while it was in the 'FOR APPROVAL' state.
🔥 Drills
Performance: Improved system performance when adding a large number of job positions and groups to a Drill.
🛡️ Risk Assessment / QHSE
History: Fixed a bug where history logs disappeared when turning off parameters in Non-Conformance types.
⚙️ Administrator Settings & System Wide
User Management: Stopped notifications from being sent to deactivated/paused users.
Interface Polish: Removed duplicated "BACK" buttons, fixed typos (FINALLY changed 'Borad' to 'Board'), and widened dropdown fields for better readability.
Major Export Fix: We resolved a system-wide issue affecting exports in Reporting, Storage, Runtime, Maintenance, and Medicine. Due to a link between selected page size and the export function, the system previously only exported what was visible on the first page. We are glad to say that "Export All" now actually exports all data.
Printing Fix: Similarly, the Due List "Print All" function now correctly prints all tasks, rather than just the front page view.
