1. Notification Engine: Email messages will be sent to the associated users when new Non-Conformance entries are created.
2. Added dropdown for assigning Responsible for Follow Up and Responsible for Closing, for both Job Positions and Job Position Groups, to a specific person or multiple people.

2. Fixed an issue where Product Owners were prompted to select tenants after page reload.

1. Fixed an issue where the Secondary Navigation Menu would not respond to expand / collapse button.

1. Fixed an issue where Causes were cleared after completing a Non-Conformance entry.
   

Non-Conformance Module

1. Fixed an issue where users could save duplicate entries in all Admin Settings features. 
2. Fixed an issue where Job position and Job Position group that were assigned to Department Groups but not to specific Department would not be displayed.
3. Fixed an issue where users would not have access rights to Non-Conformance entries even though the users assigned Job Position was set to Responsible for Closing. This happened when the user was employed to Department Groups.
4. Fixed an issue where Causes were cleared after completing a Non-Conformance entry.
   

Certificate Module

1. Fixed an issue where Certificate Alerts and Revision Dates could not be reset after being added during the creation or update of a Certificate.
   

Competence Module

1. Fixed an issue where Job Positions would not sort correctly.
2. Fixed an issue when reloading the page would cause the Edit Job Position button to revert to Add New Job Position.
3. Added missing Tool Tip messages for Privileges Editor when adding new Job Positions.
