CCOMX Release 46

Release Notes 18/06/2024 

This update includes enhanced logging in the Purchase module, a new input field for custom certificate numbers, and updated tooltips for access fields across various modules. Improvements include an increased default page size in the Documents module and resolved notification issues in the Competence Matrix of the Shift and Manning module. Bug fixes address sorting errors in the Risk Assessment module and persistent toast messages in the Due List module.

🛠 Improvements 

Purchase

  1. Added a log in the Purchase module for: Created date, Created by. 

Documents

  1. Changed the default page size for the Document Module to 50. 

Access Fields

  1. Added icon with a tooltip message to the right of Access Fields. When users are hovering over the icon a message box appears explaining to the user what the Access fields give access to. Applies to the following modules: Certificates, Document, Risk Assessments, Drills, Corrective Action, Maintenance, Non-Conformance, Run Time, Tasks. 

Custom Certificate Number

  1. Added a new input field for filling in custom certificate numbers in the Certificates module. 

🐞 Bug fixes 

General

  1. Fixed an issue where the sorting order of a column was being lost after navigating within a module. 

Risk Assessment

  1. Fixed an issue in Risk Assessment module where the wrong table items would be sorted into the selected page size. 

Due List

  1. Fixed an issue where the toast-message indicating that a PDF is being generated would not disappear after a PDF was finished generating.

Shift and Manning

    1.  Fixed an issue where users didn't receive the correct notifications from Competence Matrix.
