Release notes 2024-08-21

This update includes a few improvements  and enhancements based on user feedback and internal discoveries.

💡 Feature updates

Drills & Task

  1. Participants from current personnel can now also be tagged from Drills and Tasks.

User Profile

  1. Users may now upload a profile photo for their account.

User management

  1. The user list now also shows the department and department groups each user has access to.

🛠 Improvements

User Management

  1. Users who haven’t yet activated/confirmed their account are now highlighted in the user list.

Competences

  1. Expiry settings updated to allow setting a predefined validity range in months.
  2. It is now possible to edit existing competences to correct information that was incorrectly entered.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Risk Assessment

  1. Using “Create new Risk Assessment from this Template” will also copy any attachments from the template.

Competence

  1. Issue resolved when displaying user competence with an equivalent competence.

Maintenance

  1. Validation errors (missing fields) will now be highlighted in red when adding a new spare part.

Certificates

  1. Some issues with renewing certain certificates have been resolved.
