CCOMX Release 56

Release notes 2024-12-05

This update adds HACCP support (for food safety inspections), additional reporting to Storage and Medicines, as well as a few other improvements and bug fixes.

💡 Feature updates

HACCP

  1. We now have support for creating HACCP plans (Hazard analysis and critical control points) to improve food safety during production. Our tools and checklist templates will assist you in every step of the process, including monitoring critical control points and safety measures, simplifying risk assessments, and improving documentation and reporting. If you'd like access to our HACCP solution in CCOM X, please get in touch with our sales team for more details. 

Storage / Medicines

  1. We've added an export function for the Storage and Medicines modules as part of our plan to improve reporting functionality for CCOM X. Users will now be able to export inventory lists to the Excel spreadsheet format.

Purchasing

  1. When sending an order manually to a supplier, additional attachments added to the order will now be included.

Shift and Manning (Activity-Based Crew Management)

  1. Planned activities that are not using an activity type that is an "on board activity" may now be an Infinite Activity without an end date. This is useful for marking an employee as no longer available (e.g. at the end of their employment).

Due List

  1. In the due list, the column "Contact/Responsible" has been shortened to "Responsible" for improved readability.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Due List

  1. Some customers were previously not receiving weekly due list notifications. This should now be resolved.
  2. The recently added "Responsible" column should now also appear when printing the due list.

Documents

  1. After editing a document from the Draft tab, the user will be correctly returned to the Draft tab view after saving the document.

Competence

  1. Previously deleted competences should no longer appear in the competence matrix.
