Smoother Reporting

This update introduces several key improvements that make the system more efficient and user-friendly. The former Deviation Module has been renamed to Reporting, better reflecting the module’s broader functionality and usage.

We are also launching a new comment feature that enables ongoing dialogue directly within reports, improving collaboration and follow-up. You now also have faster access to employees, who are available directly from the homepage.

At the same time, we’ve implemented a range of technical improvements for increased stability, faster response times, and better scalability—ensuring the system performs even better as your needs grow.


 What's New?

🔄New Module Name: "Reporting" The former Non-conformance module is now called Reporting. The new name reflects the expanded functionality and broader use cases of the module.

💬 Comments in the Reporting Module You can now comment directly in reports and have an ongoing dialogue with other involved parties. This makes it easier to collaborate and follow up on incidents. You can also mention colleagues to notify them of new input.


📋Print Checklists in Landscape Format Checklists can now be printed in landscape orientation, giving you more space for tables and detailed information.

👥 Users & Pax on the Homepage You can now access the list of users directly from the homepage without needing to go into admin settings.


⚙️General Infrastructure Improvements With this update, we’ve made significant upgrades to improve stability, reduce response time, and increase uptime reliability—so you can count on the system when you need it most.

    Tasks

    1. Extended tasks: Now with URL support—easily link to relevant resources.

    Shift & Manning

    • The matrix now provides a better overview of equivalent competencies.

    • Crew reports now include a field for Trip/Voyage.

    Storage

    1. You can now adjust storage directly from the homepage—faster and easier.
    Maintenance
    1. In the component structure builder, the system now remembers where you last worked—no more resets.



    🐞Bug Fixes

    General

    1. It is now possible to print checklists in landscape format.

    Documents

    1. Fixed a bug where a rejected document version could be printed.

    Due List

    1. All departments: We have resolved an issue that caused an error when entering a Non-Conformance and an Order

    Purchase & Order

    1. PDF generation for orders has been improved.

    Shift & Manning

    1. Fixed a bug where certain individuals were missing from the crew list—particularly in cases where the person both joined and left during the same trip.
