Functional Roles, Extended Tasks & Strengthened Infrastructure
This update introduces several new features and improvements that enhance both the functionality and performance of the platform.
🔐 Functional Roles
You can now assign specific permissions independently of an employee’s job title. This provides greater flexibility and control over who can access different parts of the system.
📋 Extended Tasks
Extended Tasks offer a new and more structured way to log routine work – such as chemical logs, temperature checks, documentation for the Transparency Act, safety equipment inspections, and other recurring tasks you want clear oversight of. This builds on our previous HACCP functionality and significantly expands your options.
🔧 Maintenance Module Enhancements
The maintenance module has been improved with better search capabilities, clearer display of spare parts data, and multiple bug fixes.

Roles in the system now come with their own dedicated permissions, which can be assigned independently of job titles. This offers much greater flexibility and control when distributing responsibilities and access across your organization.

🛠 Improvements
General
- Minor improvements and adjustments to system performance and stability.
Maintenance & Storage
- Improved search functionality in the maintenance module makes it easier to find relevant jobs.
- Article numbers are now shown in the spare parts overview.
- Full storage location is now displayed for spare parts for better clarity.
Purchase
You can now mark an order as partially received and specify received quantities – also for items in the “Other” category.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Maintenance
- Fixed an issue where the responsible person/group was not displayed in the main overview.
- When navigating to storage from a component, the “Back” button now correctly returns you to the component.
Storage
- Fixed an issue where opening an storage item from the due list for all departments caused an error.
Due List
- The browser's “Back” button now correctly returns you to the previous page with the same pagination.
- No more error messages when opening an storage item from the due list across departments.
