Documents Log

The Documents module has received a new log function allowing us much finer granularity in the detail we can see.
Added to the standard log showing previous versions of documents is a new Discussion box that shows comments added during revisions.
This now shows the full overview of all actions taken and who made the additions.
This makes tracking much easier and simplifies auditing the changes made.
The log shows all every stage of the document revision process.

Steps in the revision process:



Info
The Discussion box can be found at the bottom of each log.
Alert
Older revisions than 4th of May 2026 might have incomplete history.
All change requests created after that will have a proper history details.
