📦 APRIL 2026
Clarity. Control. Fewer Surprises.
This month’s release focuses on visibility and control — making it easier to understand what’s been read, what requires attention, and who is responsible. We’ve added long‑requested document tracking features, improved notifications and filtering, and fixed several issues that got in the way of smooth daily work.
🌟 New Features
📘 Document Read Receipts – Full Visibility
We’ve significantly expanded read receipt functionality across the system.
What’s new:
- Dashboard widget showing document read receipts at a glance
- Read Receipt views for both individual users and admins
- Read Receipts on user profiles, giving clear insight into document compliance
- Admin settings for read receipt behavior and visibility
- Clear definition of who is required to confirm reading a document
Why it matters:
No more guessing who has (or hasn’t) read critical documents. This closes an important loop between publishing and compliance.
🔔 Improved Notifications for Documents
To support the new read receipt functionality, we’ve also added:
- Document read receipt notifications, ensuring follow‑up doesn’t rely on memory alone
Simple, clear nudges — right when they’re needed.
✍🏻 Revision History - Improved
You now have better control over changes made to documents. The revision history has been reintroduced, with improved tracking of changes made throughout the document’s lifecycle.
📑 Better Identification of Reports
Reports are now easier to identify and search, especially in larger datasets.
Improvements:
- Report ID is now included in search
- Report ID can be copied, making follow‑ups and references faster and less error‑prone
Small changes, big usability win.
🧾 Automatic PO Emails – CC the Approver
Purchase Order emails sent to suppliers can now automatically CC the approver, improving transparency and reducing manual follow‑up.
📘 Workflow Improvements
🎯 Smarter Filtering Across the System
Filtering continues to improve across modules:
- Filtering by job position groups and roles is now supported in "Responsible" column
- Department selection and identification has been clarified in reports and printouts
Better filters mean faster access to the information you actually need.
📄 Clearer Responsibility Handling
We’ve improved how responsible roles are handled across multiple modules:
- Certificates
- Medicine
- Reports
Fewer disappearances, clearer ownership, less confusion.
Some of the biggest work this month isn’t visible — but you’ll feel it:
- Large‑scale Angular Signals refactor across most of the application
- Background improvements and refactoring to improve stability and throughput
This lays the groundwork for faster, more predictable behavior going forward.
